I spent $300 on that work. The job went pretty well. They had the lowest prices. They were very professional and answered all my questions.

In the past I have felt that other companies were not doing a thorough job. This company has a different approach. They actually use a brush that cleans the ducts and the results are amazing. I can see the difference and it is without all of the noise and commotion that the large vacuums make. They give you good advice to care for your hvac system.

Receptionist/sales persons were very professional and knowledgeable on the phone. They were prompt to call me back. But they were slow to schedule appointments (long waiting), and took a few days to prepare proposal and written estimates. I got a good deal for air duct cleaning because I mentioned Angie's List and an ad I saw in the newspaper. They did not charge me for a 2nd furnace and I had almost 20 ducts cleaned (including return ducts) for a flat fee of $250. Their method uses a snake brush which is different than most others, if not more thorough, but they don't clean the inside of the furnaces. The technician was prompt, punctual, and efficient, but not thorough since he was so fast. He was very professional and fulfilled my request to do a second vacuuming of the furnaces since I noticed he did not do a thorough job of vacuuming all the dust from them the first time. He also refused to go up the spiral stair case at first & used my ladder instead of his own.

THE BEST PRICE THAT WE FOUND FOR HAVING DUCTS CLEANED. FAST, COURTEOUS AND VERY POLITE. THEY EXPLAINED THE CLEANING IN TERMS THAT I COULD UNDERSTAND.
