Seattle's only full-service union auto glass shop. As union members, our installers are highly trained and highly experienced. Need Mirrors or table tops? We have that too! Also we offer AUTO glass with free Mobile service, (weather permitting)and willing to help with Insurance claims.

Completely satisfied. Single pane, aluminum framed window (approximately 3' x 4') was broken out by a ball strike from the adjacent sports field. Repair was beyond the reach of our in-house volunteer handymen. I reached Professional Window & Glass in the afternoon and they were able to come out the next day. They kept me informed of their arrival time, then did the job quickly and efficiently.

We are very leased with the bid and we may go with them for the work. They provided us with a simple and reasonable bid. The shelf glass was exactly what we needed. They sold us exactly what we wanted for a reasonable price and with a quick turn around. They got the glass to us in 2-3 days.

Peter Sankey was very easy to work with and the cost of the job was within our budget.. Juan and Mike, who did the work were very professional and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Their measurement of the windows that needed replacement was accurate and they corrected previous problems with prior installation by another company. They arrived on time and worked with our Project Manager to get the work done. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Our college student daughter had the unfortunate experience of having her car broken into while she was at work. Next day she called Professional Glass, they gave her an estimate over the phone. She arrived, they put in the window lickety-split and vacuumed her whole messy, dog-furred car (she is a very busy young woman), charged her exactly what they told her they were going to charge, and she was on her way! She said they were extremely nice to her and did a good job.

Amazing. My house was burglarized (not amazing) sometime on 4/3 and they came in through the kitchen window. I discovered this when I came home around 9 pm. I called Professional Glass the next morning from work to see if they could help. I'd used them to repair rock chips on my car's windshield (also, an excellent job) and remember they did residental glass work. They were great. I didn't know the dimensions and couldn't be there, but they handled it in stride. When I came home, the window was fixed and looked amazing.

I called around to several places for quotes, and there was one that was quite a bit lower but which had some concerning reviews. This quote was similar to another shop, but that place had a high pressure sales that annoyed me so I decided not to go there. Professional Auto Glass was indeed quite professional, called me when the car was finished, and said they would wait for me when my bus ran late. And very cheerful folks too!

My experience with them was perfect - it was ideal. They did everything right. It was a totally satisfying experience. They were extremely prompt and quick. It was exceptionally good. I have had bad experiences with glass people before, and this was the first time I had dealt with a glass or window repair service where all the elements were outstanding. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I chose them because the other companies could not replace the windows we had. They came out and everything was great in the beginning. As time went, things started to go wrong. They brought the wrong size screens and windows for our home. The ordeal took a very long time by the time the correct sizes came. I spoke to supervisors and the owners about the delays and mistakes and eventually it did get better, but not without the hassles and delays to the job. I didn't ask for a refund; I just wanted to have the work done. I will not use this company again in the future.

I was very impressed that he came out and checked out the house and gave me a price. We would have done it, but my wife decided for the both of us not to do it. I will look into this company if we decide to do the project in the future.

Juan did an excellent job measuring the window, getting the double pane glass with grids fabricated and then installed both of them. He put down a drop cloth to catch any glass bits, cleaned up thoroughly when he was done and even dumped my bucket of glass shards. Very clean piece of glass and installation was very professionally done. He arrived on time and called ahead when he was en route. Highly recommended.

They were recommended by the Toyota dealership. The replacement windshield was a factory windshield and was installed perfectly. They were competitively priced. The stuck to the original quote even though additional work was required.

Their bid was the lowest. Their location was close so as to cut the cost of installation. They tried to increase the price before the job was done, but they agreed to back off and actually reduced the price once the installation went smoothly and in a much shorter time than expected. We are very happy with the result. The mirrors fit perfectly and are a great addition to our bathroom.

It was great. First of all, they took care of everything with my insurance agency, so I only ended up paying the deductible. They filed the rest of it. They made it really easy, and they were on time even though they had to get a windshield at the last minute. I will certainly work with them again. Nice people too.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD, AND I WOULD HIRE THEM BACK IN A SECOND, BECAUSE THEIR PRICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THEIR TIMING WAS EXCELLENT. THE TIME, FROM WHEN THE WINDOWS WERE PUT IN, AND WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETE WAS VERY GOOD.
