Price Busters Plumbing

These guys busted our water line, flooded our house, lined half of the sewer line they said they were going to which left us with a continually clogging sewer line (just cleared it again the other day). They DIDN'T refund us anything or pay for any damages and insisted they did a good job. We brought the matter to small claims, won a judgement and they're still not paying. When we returned from vacation, we discovered a significant leak between the water shut off and the house. It was dumping 180 gallons every couple hours. We tried for *days* to get in touch with another company we had previously worked with. After they came out for an inspection, they totally ghosted us. So, WHO YOU GUNNA CALL? Price Busters! On Fourth of July weekend, I called Price Busters and they answered after hours. I couldn't believe it! First thing in the morning, they had a truck out to inspect and complete the work. They did it for thousands of dollars less than a competing company, too. Price Busters plumbers were professional, timely, tidy, and knowledgeable. I'm a forever customer now.

Front-office dis-organization, lack of respect for the customer's time and requests, and inflated prices are how I experienced this plumbing company. I had them out 3 times to my house to get hot water working, plus they left me hanging over the weekend. I did not feel this company valued my business.

Price Busters Plumbing is awesome with great pricing! Josh came out for an estimate but was so awesome we decided to have him do the job. He was able to fix our issue as well as install our new faucet right then. Fantastic response time to our initial query, fast response time to provide an estimate and fast response to actually completing the job. Josh was very nice, friendly and fair. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable and efficient.

I had these guys come out after 3 strange phone calls, they couldn't seem to understand I needed them to coordinate access with someone other than myself, when they showed up they gave my brother a price of $169.00- they then finished the work in less than 3 minutes. I guess it's my own fault for not trying to fix it on my own but still, you would think common decency would prevent someone for charging so much for a simple fix. *after seeing my review the company just called me to chew me out and then hang up on me. I manage properties for a living, both commercial and residential, I deal with contractors a lot, I have never had an experience where the contractor was not only rude but aggresive.

Super nice guys. Had everything with them in the truck to do the repair. Finished in a timely manner - much better than the first estimate.

Communication ahead of time is really the key. You need to check everything. We didn't discuss the color of the caulking and the plumber put in a wide white band of caulking around the white tub on grey platform, made it looks unattractive. I've insisted that they swap it with clear caulking and they have to come back to fix it. Also, they didn't tell me during the installation of the faucets that they leak. Only after the installation they said that, "Oh, you can go get a new stem in the hardware store and replace it yourself". The whole point of reinstalling the faucets is that they won't leak so they should have told me during the installation so I can go get the new stem for them. These are the kind of the small things that make a big difference.
