The coupon did not indicate that i was out of area for this service to be done at my address. They reluctantly sent an inexperienced worker to my home. Detail job was OK, my dome light was left switched on and thus my battery was dead the next morning.

The arrived when they said they would, they changed the window out very quickly and professionally and left my car looking brand new.

The service went well. He did a really good job and came out to our home to detail the cars. He also found our missing camera when he was cleaning.

Outstanding!  Car looked like new, the time estimated was accurate, personnel were courteous, knowledgeable & kind.  I was very pleased and I have recommended them frequently.  However, they are no longer in my area so I do not know if they quit business or just moved.  I would love to use them again.

It went fine. It turned out great. The guy was willing to work on a cold and rainy day. I mean it was cold, it was like 40 degrees that day. I was really surprised that they came. I think I did call to reschedule but they came out and did it. He did it in the driveway because there was nowhere for him to do it and yet the car came out spectacular.

Overall, it was good. I think for what we paid, we got a good value for the money. If I recall, the guy didn't make it to his first appointment he set with us and we had to reschedule. We actually had to call him when he didn't show up. I guess if I was to pay full price for their service, I would've been disappointed but since this was a good deal, I'm usually willing to let things slide a little bit. I think for the money, we were satisfied. They did a good job when they actually did it.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and I was not real impressed. My car was left wet on the inside. I guess that is normal since they cleaned off the seats and the floor. It was not as good a clean as I have had from other companies. I don't want to use them again.

I felt that they overcharged and it was another one of those situations where it felt like it was a surprise overcharge. I felt that the advertisement was a little misleading compared to my experience. It took them a long time to get me on the calendar. I wasn't overly impressed, I just think of them as average in every other category and I wouldn't recommend them.

My 2004 Prius had belonged to my daughter who used the car for 7years. Primary transport was my two grandchildren who basically started riding in the car as infants. The car was a mess inside with the signes of every thing you can imagine spilled or played with by infants and toddlers. The young man who cleaned the car did a fantastic job ridding the car of melted crayons, gum and many, many stickers. After he finished the car look like new.

The guy I talked to to schedule the service was not overly friendly.
They were quite late due to taking too long at another location but they did call to inform me.
They spent about 1/2 the time on my car that they had told me they would...which led me to think they cut corners...possibly because they had taken too long at the previous location?
Services were performed in my driveway. I paid extra to have pet hair removed and they did an ok job of that.
There was a lot of wax not sufficiently removed.
Overall they did an ok job but I wasn't blown away by any part of their services. It was convenient to have a mobile service and the price was right but service lacked.

Provider was easy to schedule, showed up on time and performed excellently all work as promised. I highly recommend them.
