Before meeting with these guys, please visit the BBB.org site for our full review and subsequent response from Plum. We had normal and reasonable expectations for our $250k remodel with Plum, but in the end, we were sorely disappointed with: -the quality of work in specific areas; -damage done to our house; -the terrible lack of communication from the various project managers (and company owner) periodically assigned to our job; -and most importantly to us, the incredible lack of upper-level (company owner) professionalism, integrity and honesty...still amazes me to this day. We really wasted a ton of money, time and energy in what we thought was a contract-covered remodel. Again, do yourself a favor and at least read the BBB review that we submitted ("4/16/2019 Guarantee and Warranty Issues") before hiring Plum. There are a ton of great contractors out there...Plum isn't one of them.
