Don't make the same mistake I did by hiring Pius. I went with them because they had the lowest quote and unfortunately that came with the lowest quality and customer service as well. The salesman was very nice and responsive up until I paid my bill in full, then once it came to the week of my project I called every day trying to confirm a few things and could never get a call back. On the day of my install the workers showed up and they inspected the site and found issues. They could not explain this to me as they did not speak English and got angry because I could not understand them. They continued to slap my cabinets and point and raise their voices to me trying to explain the circumstances. Finally they called back to the office and got the salesman on the phone that I had been trying to get ahold of for three days to translate. The salesman missed a piece in my cabinet layout and the slab they sent out was not long enough so they had to install a 3rd seem. As I had already paid and they were onsite I decided to let them continue. The seems they did whatever chemical they used left staining on the quartz and every seem has multiple colors which they state is how it should be. As you can see from the photos, it is not. They also decided to cut into my cabinets so they had more room to install the countertop which was not needed. They also called to say they were going to need more money cause they underestimated how much plywood was needed and they had to go buy a new sheet of plywood. As you can see from the photo they used old scrap wood not new plywood. After the project was complete I expressed I was not happy to the installers and they just left my house and did not clean up their mess. They left sawdust all over the kitchen, all scrap wood they cut they just put under the sink, and all their trash and scrap pieces of the countertop they left in my driveway. I then got ahold of a manager the next day to express my frustrations and they said they would send the crew back out, I told them I either wanted a different crew to come out or a manager to be on site to see what was going on. Sally refused to send a new crew out as the installers needed to finish their own work, she also stated no manager would be able to come out. So the same two installers came out they rubbed ky jelly on the seems to make them look wet so they were darker and sat and laughed at me like it was so simple. I asked them to leave my home at that time and continued to clean up their mess myself. Unfortunately I am still stuck with their shotty work. I highly suggest staying away from this company.

- Scheduling was poor; showed up on a Friday when the appointment was Saturday, so had to leave work or lose over a week in rescheduing. - Charged double on the quote saying that Trump's tarifs had just kicked in. - I rated quality as fair because the end result of the counter tops is quite nice, but everything around buying and scheduling was terrible. The 1 hour plus wait in the store with every visit should have been a good warning on how they think about customer service. The require you to drive from the store to the ware house to make any returns; again, poor customer service.

It went smoothly; The subcontractors that Pius sent out to do the countertop installation did a great jobs and the seams are barely visible! It looks great. The cost came in way cheaper than all the others that we got quotes from, also. 1 year later, the work still looks amazing!

Sales: No pressured sales, just people at a customer service desk ready to answer questions and provide a bid.
Installation: They promptly came to our house, pulled their tools and sawhorses out, measured our cabinets and cut our granite to fit right there. When they left the driveway was clean like they were never there.
Pro's:
1.) Excellent communication and vision. 
2.) Extremely intelligent people. They could read our plans and present options on the spot.
3.) They were prompt and made room in their schedule in less than a week! We were under a time crunch, the manager (John) was called in and made it all happen. Thanks John!
4.) Installers were prompt, professional and polite. They even took off their shoes everytime they came in the house!!
5.) Left our house very clean, both inside and out.
6.) The job was extremely well done. No detail was left undone. Impressive
7.) Price and quality!!!!

Backround/story:
We are doing a massive remodel to our old 1955 house this year (re-pipe, rewire (adding ground wires), cabinets, countertops, windows and flooring). Most of it has been this summer. For the most part, if you can find a good bunch of reviews on a contractor or service provider dealing with them is a pleasure. Everyone is so d*** busy this time of year that some didn't show up! We were going to get laminate counter tops because our original two bids for granite were over $5,000. So I didn't really look any further until our laminate guy didn't show up, in fact he outright just disappeared on us. This just a week before our cabinets went in. So we frantically started calling around for a replacement. NO ONE was available or weirdness (red flags) not to use who I did find. 
My wife and I were driving down town Seattle and saw a cabinet/countertop shop. Namely Chinese district. The bid was half the price of my original bids which surprised the heck out of us, but the few shops we saw had horrible reviews. The last shop we finally saw was PIUS, it was obvious from stepping foot in the door to the people we talked to they had their act together. They were a big operation. The pricing was still half the American run shops in Kirkland and Bellevue, but quality is still there. You can see it on their show room floor models.
If you are looking at granite counter tops, this is the place to go for both price and quality. I should mention that a competitor offered a few hundred less, but I'm not sure the quality would be there as PIUS had to offer. I mentioned this and he would not drop his price. Glad I stuck with these guys though, a few hundred dollars for a lifetime of bad granite,,, obviously worth the few extra bucks.
Conclusion: 
Call these guys in your line up first!

No one arrived to start the job until 10:30am.  At this time measurements were taken and was told they would be back at 2:30pm to do the install and that it would take one hour.  When bid was done, I was told that all  work would be done on-site so was surprised that this wasn't what was going to happen.  The installers did not return until 5:30pm and were here until 8pm.  Whereas the overall look is good, my husbad is not pleased with the how visible the seams are for the cooktop area.  We knew there would be seams there, but that they would be less visible as others we have seen. Communication was an issue as the installers english was difficult to understand.  Based on their lousy punctuality and communication issues I would not use this company again.

They don't "make" cabinets but could not find a better category, they have pre manufactured made in china.  
They where helpful in designing a basic kitchen layout, but anything a little different was a huge headache. they have a good products at a good price but if I where to to it again I would have someone else install. The installer was hours late and so they could not finish the cabinet install and said they would Be back the next day. the next day they are late again so I call and they tell me that they can't make it today it will have to be tomorrow, UNACCEPTABLE. So the 3rd day I take off work for what I was told would be a 1 day job. they finally finish o wait they miss order the handles and are 6 short. So they will have to comeback again, a few days later I call the showroom to ask if the handles are in and No one even knows what i'm talking about. they tell me they will rush order them and to call back in a few days.
I wait a week and call back they seem to have forgotten all about me and cant find the order anywhere, so about another week later i finally get my handles. you cant beat there prices on cabinets but i don't think you could find worse costumer service. save the headache and get a carpenter or cabinetmaker to do the install.

I also got granite counters installed they arrived on time and did a very good job. after the problems with the cabinets i was worried but they did a pro job.

There are a lot of Kitchen places in South Seattle and Pius had the cheapest black quartz at the time. They scheduled the install a few days after we visited the show room and showed up on time. They install went ok, make sure you specifically tell the installers what you want, I mean nitty gritty specifics. The install crew speaks bad English and if you don't tell them exactly what you want you might not get it. They left a bunch of quartz scraps and cigarette butts in the front yard. There were a few nicks in the quartz but overall I was satisfied with the job. If you want a street of dreams kitchen and are willing to pay 20k for counter tops go somewhere else. If you want pretty decent looking counter tops for not a lot of money. Pius isn't a bad choice.
