There are several unresolved issues with the punch list. The contractors were signed on as of October 2008, meaning the process was spread out over 6 months time. There was a period of 5 weeks where we were without restrooms, when we were promised we would. There was a robbery that occured while they were in charge of the home, ending in a $6000 loss of items. I would not recommned them for any construcion job due to their lack of responsibility and responsiveness.
