Family-run business, so the customer service is friendly but funky. The grandfather and owner is quite grumpy but was nice in person when measuring my window. I paid $500 for a down payment for them to order a special security glass -- and was told I'd receive an official estimate in the mail and the glass would be delivered by a specialty company within 5 business days. After 5 business days I called to ask whether the glass had come in and where my estimate was since it had never been sent. The grandfather was surly and couldn't tell me the status of the glass. After I complained on Yelp about the poor customer service, they cancelled my order... so not only bad customer service and no follow-through, it was a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend.

I called and asked them to cut glass for my round wooden table (the glass sits on top of the wood to protect it). Their price is a fraction of the other bids I received. They are professional - not the warm and fuzzy type, but they get the job done. This is the third time I've used them. They are hidden away - second floor above Broadway, but they are worth using because their prices are so good.

THE PRICE IS REASONABLE, BUT THE SERVICE IS STUNNINGLY UNFRIENDLY. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS. I ONLY USED THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY CLOSE. ON THE BRIGHT SIDE, THE ANTICS OF THE STAFF MAKE FOR GOOD STORIES TO TELL YOUR FRIENDS.
