Ceramic Tile Service
We had an extremely poor experience with this tile company. Here are examples of what went wrong. Went over estimate by almost double when we did not make any changes to our original work request. Charged us extras for trash removal that had not been accounted for. Came up with extra labor costs. Charged us for tile that was not used that they kept (very expensive glass tile). Unprofessional. Would tell us they would be there on a certain day and not show up. They had to come back a week after the job to finish some tiling that we had to wait for since it was back ordered. They told us "we were lucky they came to finish the job as most tile workers would not". Left a big mess in our house and in our yard (dust everywhere, plaster on our hallway wall outside the bathroom and by the front door, plaster residue all over front door). Fair quality of the job. Some tile was crooked, etc.
