Excellent service. Picked up the computer the next day.  Computer runs great and was pleased with the price charged.  Happy to recommend them to anyone.

Their technician named Kevin, was most efficient and helpful in resolving my dilemma. I'd recommend them to anyone without reservation.

I was in Los Angeles saying good-bye to my dying father and wanted to help my mother update her advance care directive and power of medical attorney. I went online to get a form and they were all PDFs and wouldn't allow us to make the changes we needed. I'm pretty careful, so looked for conversion software on CNET, which is usually trustworthy. I downloaded it, okd the changes to my computer (which PC Mobile Help had just cleaned on a routine yearly tune-up that I always do), and BAM, I was into Malware land, with pop-ups erupting everywhere. I shut everything down so it wouldn't send messages to my email list, and tried to knock out the programs with the tools I had on my laptop.
Couldn't do it, though I tried everything I knew plus internet searches. They flagged the malware fine, but it just kept coming back and I couldn't fix it.
This was 11:30 at night. At 9:00 Am I called PC Mobile Help and they linked to my computer through the program called TeamViewer that I've downloaded and lets them take command of my computer. They ran tests, ran programs, gave me programs to download and run off-line, walked me through it in every way. Took two hours, but they got rid of the malware and got the computer that I rely on for work and everything else working fine. Again, I was in Los Angeles and they were in Seattle, but they fixed it and I'm just hugely grateful. Really nice people too. I've also had them work remotely to tune-up computers of the staff for a project called the Campus Election Engagement Project. Got them to fix computers in Florida, North Carolina and Everett. I love them.

Brought the netbook into the shop. They were busy, however, someone was able to take care of me right away and take down all the information. If you bring in any cords make sure you have your name on it. It might be misplaced.

They were very personable. They are really nice people. They aren't cheap, but they're good. I don't think anybody's cheap, actually. I have recommended them to two or three different people. Some of them complained that the price was too high, but one of them is still using them now. He has them use remote access to fix the computer from their office. They have a way of doing that.

My computer runs smoothly now and they cleaned up the program interfacing to allowi the computer to run much faster. They also installed a set of maintainence programs that I should run monthly to keep it running well. They are friendly and answer questions without condescention. I use my PC for e-mail and surfing the web, mostly. I believe they work with businesses also. My needs may not be to complex but it is nice to know they can help me/understand my needs without leaving my PC in the shop for weeks . Oh and they also have a deal where you are able to hook up from home to their office and they can trouble shoot with you by telephone. I am looking forward to using this service in the future

My computer had slowed down a bit as they inevitably do just in the course of using them. You get cookies, download programs, just junk that clogs you up, even without any spyware or viruses. So I took my Lenovo Thinkpad in for a tuneup. Took a couple days longer than expected, but they did a really nice job of getting it running in top shape. Also gave me some nice freeware programs like cleanup that help me maintain the machine. I've used them before for similar work--my computer had really gotten slow a couple of years ago--and always found them really nice and responsive. Rob's a good photographer too, I use a photo he took of the mountains from West Seattle when I first launch my computer. I had been going to Quidnunc by the way, almost since it got started, but it really seemed to go downhill in terms of service after it got sold (see my separate review), and I just didn't like how I got treated. PC Mobile Help feels like they really do care that my computer is working well. Good folks

He offers simple solutions. He had to undo many things and re-do them for one problem. He helped to devise a web page using Google documents. He is professional and punctual.
