Dave was incredibly responsive to my phone calls and came to our home to assess a hard drive failure, back up data from that failing computer to an external hard drive, and clean up adware and unneeded programs from a second desktop computer.  He provided lots of helpful information and tips.  Prior to his visit, at my request, he suggested a new wireless router that we ordered ahead of time for him to install.  Dave is very knowledgeable, very professional, and very pleasant to work with.  Customer service is definitely important to him.
