He not only fixed what needed attention for a fair price, he also made sure to check on brakes and fluids to let me know what shape everything was in. His focus was safety and I appreciated that he took time to tell me specifically what he had done and what he thought I should watch out for.

Paul has been working on my cars for almost 20 years. He is as honest as the day is long and is very knowledgeable. I now live in W.Seattle, so Shoreline isn't exactly a convenient place to have a car serviced, but Paul is worth it. A mechanic near home had offered to do the same work for almost $1,000. I would recommend Paul without the slightest hesitation. Call ahead, though, he's very popular, so you won't get in right away.

My 97 Toyota Corolla had a vibration which shook the whole car, including the things in the interior like the mirrors, the glovebox door, etc. It sounded like a truck. I took it to the Toyota dealership service twice and they couldn't find the problem and simply shimmed everything on the exterior that was vibrating; body parts, the headlights. I also took it to another mechanic on Beacon Hill that was recommended to by a co-worker. He also sent the vehicle back with a shrug and the vibration; he couldn't find or fix it. When I called Paul and described the noise, he diagnosed it over the phone as a broken engine mount. He serviced my car, tune-up, oil and replaced the engine mount that was indeed broken. The car sounds great! I can hear myself think again. Paul also washes your car and RainX's the windows! Thanks Paul!

They are very good, reliable and have done good service. I've used them quite a few times. I have had some difficulty getting an appointment in the past.

Paul runs the place with his sister, it's a family business. I have used them for two years and my family has used them for ten years. I've never been over charged and they do the little stuff, like clean your car when they are done. They even brought my car home for me once because Paul happens to live near by. Sometimes, because they are so busy, it's a little hard to get them to call me back to set up an appointment.

DURING A ROUTINE OIL CHANGE HE NOTICED SEVERAL ITEMS ON MY CAR THAT NEEDED ATTENTION, SOME WERE CRITICAL AND OTHERS WERE NOT. HE WAS VERY HONEST IN WHAT ITEMS NEEDED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF RIGHT AWAY AND WHICH ITEMS WOULD REQUIRE KEEPING AN EYE ON. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
