Paul Locksmith Service

Caveat Emptor......I would not use this company under any circumstances.

I called Paul Locksmith Service at 7am and made an appt for 8am.  Then, 10 minutes later after changing around our morning schedule,  I called back and asked if it were possible for someone to come right away.  They said yes and I was very happy.  By 8:15 no one had showed up.  I called them to find out what was going on and was put on hold, then the line went dead.  I called back and told them I had to run out for a minute and they said ok, they would tell the technician and then hung up before I could ask why he was late and when he would get here.  At about 9:30 I called again and got a different person on the line.  She was much more helpful.  She apologized for everything and said she would call someone to come right away.  She told me to call back in 10 minutes if I didn't hear from a technician.  In about 20 minutes a technician called and said he could come in about 30 minutes.  About an hour later he arrived.  He was very friendly, professional, and seemed knowledgeable.  He gave me an estimate.  It took him less than 30 minutes to get the key out and repair the ignition.  I was very happy he didn't have to replace the ignition.  Overall I am pleased with how things turned out but frustrated by how poor the companies communication was and how late they were.   I also wonder if I overpaid. I should have checked Angies List for a Locksmith rather than googling one.  Lesson learned.
