I would not recommend this company at all, despite the handful of positive reviews. We have had an ant problem for years, and still have ants all over the house, even after almost 5 years of treatment. We have been more than patient with them, giving them multiple opportunities to solve the problem. However, I honestly do not think that they know what they are doing, even though they may sound like experts (like everyone else). I believe that they use the wrong/ineffective agents, do not use the right techniques, do not show up as promised, and rarely return any of my calls. After confirming our last appointment just a few hours beforehand, I waited for the tech for over 2 hours (including my travel time), and he never showed up. When I tried called him multiple times, he first refused to answer any of my calls. When I finally got through, he just said he got busy and could not leave the office. Needless to say, I will not be using this company again.

My experience went very well. The staff was professional and friendly while I visited. The pricing was reasonable and I would recommend this company to others.

The first contact with Ray was positive and his first visit to evaluate our house was quick. Ray was polite, empathetic and patient. He clearly understands the emotional aspect of dealing with bedbugs and was extremely patient with me as we discussed options. I felt Ray was very fair in a situation where I would have agreed to almost anything. He clearly explained my options, created a plan he felt would be most effective and most cost effective, as well. He was timely, kind and professional as he did the work. I would both recomend Ray and use his services again if any pest issues arise.

Overall they were extremely efficient. One trip solved all the problems. I learned a lot of information and the service was great. The follow up is excellent they came back out to make sure the problem was solved.

Ray, one of the Paratex representatives, came by to look at our master bedroom for evidence of bed bugs. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He left a device that emits CO2 by our bed for a couple of days to check for bed bugs as he didn't see any direct evidence (dead bugs) in the mattress crevices. He let us know about plastic dishes that we could put under each bed post to trap and bed bugs that might be coming or going from our bed. The good news was we didn't have bed bugs. But, I'm also very happy with the fact that I've found an exterminator who was didn't pressure me into a maintenance contract and gave me valuable advice and knowledge. He didn't charge me a dime even though I offered to pay him for his trouble.

We had an infestation of hobo spiders several years ago. They are poisonous, very large, very fast spiders. I stopped in the office to ask about materials to spray for spiders myself since I was seeing signs that they were back. I talked to a technician who explained the steps I would have to do. He then explained the process they would use. Doing it myself would require a full day of work and would include setting off bug bombs with all the mess and inconvenience and work those entail. They have the training to use EPA certified procedures and chemicals and could do the work in an hour or so, which, when dry, was safe for us and for the pets. I decided to have them do the work-- not the least because I am just flat terrified of these HUGE spiders. The tech showed up on time and explained what he needed to do, and what I needed to do to keep our pets out of any harm's way. He sprayed the main floor of the house, the basement and the exterior perimiter. He explained clearly what he was doing and why. He also noted a couple of trouble spots for rodents and told me what I could do myself to resolve the problem. There was no pressure about any regular 'program', although he did explain what that might entail and might cost. He will return in about 30 days to spray again. It was a great experience-- I am not a fan of chemicals but, as I said, I am even less a fan of these critters.

My husband really likes him. They are very professional and accommodating and take the time and explain things well. They are easy to get appointment with and their pricing is good. They are professional, responsive and punctual.

They do exactly what they say they will do. Their price is fair. I don't have to be home for them to do the spraying. They'll send me a bill in the mail and leave notification on the door. I will continue to use them for future service. The price I pay is quarterly.

I am pretty satisfied with their service. I have used them for a couple of years now and their service seems to take care of the ant and spider problems I was experiencing. I do think they are kind of pricey. I pay my contract yearly.

could not be ANY BETTER. We shopped a number of people. Most started talking a year contract before they find out what you needed.would use them in a heart beat.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT, WENT RIGHT TO WORK AND KNEW EVERYTHING THERE WAS TO KNOW ABOUT CARPENTER ANTS. I HAVE NOT SEEN ONE SINCE. THEY COME ON A SCHEDULE, SO THAT I NEVER EVEN HAVE TO CALL.

THE TECHNICIAN CAME TO OUR HOUSE WHEN SCHEDULED AND CHECKED ALL AROUND AND BENEATH OUR HOUSE. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND WE ARE NOW SET UP ON A MONTHLY SERVICE TO MAKE SURE THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS OK. I HAVE NEVER CALLED AN EXTERMINATOR BEFORE SO I DO NOT HAVE A PROPER COMPARISON. I THINK THEY COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB AND I SOMETIMES FEEL THAT I AM MORE OF 'OUT OF SIGHT, OUT OF MIND'.
