Very bad! It was agreed that his crew of 3-4 would come and do a total of 10 hrs of clean up in front and in the back for $375. 9 AM the next day a single worker came. I left and came back at 1. He had done a fair amount of work and it looked good. Rudy called at 2 and wanted to come by for a check. I hesitated, as I usually don't pay in full until the job is done, but he assured me he would be back himself at 4:30 and they would be done that evening. I did give him a check, and when I looked outside about 3 or so, the worker was gone! I called Rudy at 5, and after several calls he answered and said that he was on his way. Returned my call past 6, and asked that he could come the next morning to finish. My husband told him he was not making a great first impression! He reluctantly came by himself for 1 1/2 hrs that evening, and said he would return Monday morning. Monday when I called, he said he would be by soon. Haven't seen him since and he stopped returning my calls.
