If you care about getting the best care for your parrot, there is no better place than with Suzanne in Seattle. Not only in she very knowledgeable, she absolutely loves birds. She is a wonderful caretaker with amazing attention to detail and a kind and patient soul. You will not have to worry about your parrot when you board you loved one with Suzanne. She is everything her website says she is! My Galah Cockatoo, Junior boarded for a week. It was amazing not to have to feel anxiety that my parrot was not safe and sound. Suzanne is absolutley perfect in every way when it comes to caring for birds. I have never met anyone like her. She is excellent and I feel fortunate that she is opening up her home to parrots. It is a wonderful place to spend some time and meet Suzanne and her flock. I know that my Galah enjoyed his stay and suffered no lack of care or attention!

Suzanne's service is awesome.  First and foremost she is a parrot lover and has her own small flock of a variety of parrots.  She also is a student of parrot behavior and cares deeply about the well being of parrots.  She has an immaculate boarding room in her house, with a variety of cages, so the parrots are under nearly constant watch.  The room has ample daylight, evening lights and heat.  She offers a variety of service levels from feeding and monitoring in the cage to extensive out of cage interaction with other parrots and herself, if requested and appropriate for your parrot.  Her charges are scaled to how much time you request that she supervise and interact with your parrot out of cage.  She will feed your parrot to your requirements with your food or supply her own food which she selects carefully for her own parrots.   
Suzanne's responsiveness via email or text is extraordinary.   We requested and she provided us daily updates, which are very comforting if you have ever boarded your parrot in a pet shop or other facility and wondered how he/she was doing.   Suzanne's updates provide confidence you parrot is in good health and being well cared for.  Suzanne is also very accommodating with drop off and pick up times.  
We cannot say enough about Suzanne's parrot care.  We have had mixed experiences finding good parrot boarding options, some good but which were no longer available, and some pretty scary and we finally just limited our travel  because we were out of options.  It has been fantastic to have the confidence we can leave home and leave our prized family Eclectus with Suzanne.

We are very pleased with the services that Suzanne provided; we have used her services in the past and if needed we will work with her in the future. We asked Suzanne to help us with behavioral training and suggestions when we decided to get a Cockateil baby and bring him into our family. We already had a two year old Green Cheek Conure, so we wanted to ensure that the Green Cheek accepts the new baby, and that the baby adjusts well to the environment. While the adjustment and bonding of the two parrots takes time, Suzanne's suggestions and explanation of flock behavior were very helpful in understanding our parrots' behavior and interaction with one another, and with us. Suzanne guided us through the introduction on our baby Cockateil to the family, without creating anxiety or other negative emotions to our Green Cheek. The three hour consultation service was split during different days depending on the progress that our parrots made. She was there for us during the past months, and now we can confidently say that our parrots are happy, healthy, and well adapted! It is rare to find someone with as much knowledge, love, and care for parrots as Suzanne. She would recommend her services to anyone who needs help understanding parrot behavior and/or needs advice.
