Ron Palmer has worked in the Seattle area construction industry for nearly twenty years with experience in everything from single-family residential properties to large commercial properties. In this time, Ron began to see an ever-growing need for single-family residential construction and remodeling. Deciding to make this his primary focus, he founded Palmer Construction and Remodel, LLC. The foundation of our company is built on developing personal relationships. We do this by providing superior service and quality in order to reassure our clients that they are getting the value that they deserve. Upon initial contact with us, potential clients will find our experience and realistic pricing knowledge helpful in guiding the decisions made during the design process, ensuring them that their budget will be respected. Description of Work: We had a sewer backup and had to tear out and rebuild 80% of the basement. Palmer worked with us closely, communication was clear, and the price was good. I recommend them highly.

It went well and I appreciated the honesty I received.
Description of Work: The owner Ron came out himself to provide a bid on a possible deck replacement I was thinking about. He arrived on time and I really appreciated his honesty. I personally thought my deck needed a full replacement. He informed me however that our deck was actually structurally sound and that we could get by with making a couple repairs if we wanted without a total replacement. He took some measurements, and made notes on the different things we could do as far as repairs and he was on his way. He then was able to send me a timely bid write up that was itemized. After much thought I decided that based on the fact that our deck was structurally in good condition that I could hold off on this project, but I would definitely hire him and his team for this project if/when I move forward.
