 + -1 moreWe visited this company (at each location) several times and looked at several different area rugs for our home. Each time, the owner made rug suggestions and we took rugs home to try them out. Each of his suggestions didn't work. While the store has a "designer" (the owner's wife) who allegedly goes to customers homes to help them pick out rugs, this service was never offered to us despite the fact that we wanted to purchase 3 persian rugs. On our last visit there, the owner lost his temper and verbally attacked us. We have subsequently purchased 2 of the 3 rugs we were seeking from other sources and will never shop there again.
Description of Work: We went to this company to find 3 area rugs for our home.
