A collateral job was to re-stain the screen door at the front of the house, replace hinges and reinstall the door. Problems emerged with the replacement hinges that required additional work (hinges recommended by local builder supply firm turned out not to be suitable choice). Jim Knott took care of the problem conscientiously, arranging technical assistance from another local company to source the needed hinges and rehang the door.
We would use their services again.
"We went out of our way to make this customer happy. I had my best painters on this job,he just happened to be the pickiest customer I've ever had.there were some issues but when I came to him he didn't 't want to talk about it, seemed he'd rather b**** about it than trying to fix the problem. He was just one of those customers you can't make happy."
