After a year of having our deck leaking to the floor below, about 20 different businesses coming by to try and find the problem, give us bids (up to $30,000!!! with no guarantee that the leak would be fixed) and then not follow through with what they said. Pahlka Waterproofing fixed our problem! Also replaced our failing wood railing around the deck. We had Duradeck on our deck when we purchased our home and it failed almost immediately after we moved in.
