Price was moderate. Workmanship was very poor and Bev the owner was not willing to have installers fix the issues I brought up. Another problem is the installers are really sub contractors that are not their employees. I hope others won't make the same mistake I made choosing them for my project.

Great! Excellent quality product and attention to detail. The floor guy who installed was young be very good at his craft. He worked by himself and took his time to make sure everything was just right. Stairs were a challenge but came out beautiful. Jim, the owner, and his wife were a pleasure to deal with. Jim came to jobsite several times and checked the quality of the install. Pride in workmanship was obvious. Have referred several friends since then and wouldn't hestiate to go back to them for next time....

They were very professional and they did a really good job. The pricing is very affordable as well. My floors look great and they never messed up once. I would highly recommend them anyone around who wants a job done well.

Everyone in the store was very friendly & scheduling the work was quick and easy, then things started to fall apart. The carpet we purchased turned out to be inferior and is now unraveling. The marble that they sold to us was also defective, but the owner insisted it wasn't and just needed polishing. He sent out a technician to polish it, which didn't resolve the problem, and the technician agreed it was defective. We withheld payment of our bill and requested that the marble be replaced, but the owner refused to comply. Whenever the owner indicated he would come to my house to discuss the problem he never showed up and would then call me upset because we hadn't paid our bill. We finally met and he agreed to not charge us for the marble, but he had made an error in what he thought we owed and never could figure out the remaining payment due to him. I calculated the amount due, which he argued about, but finally settled on what my calculations showed.
