The house was built 35 years ago, was not reroofed or painted. I had Pacific do the whole job. They were great! Great people on the job, working around weather conditions and everything is done right. I recommend them and would use again if ever needed. Good prices and warranty for 25 years on work and 50 years roofing.

The job was completed satisfactory. The schedule was twice as long as they had stated.

Personable, hard working professional crew

Pacific Exteriors completed a soffit and rain gutter replacement project on our 1905 historic home. From bidding to contracting through construction and completion every employee and subcontractor demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, quality and care for for our home. Terrible experience. We contracted them to replace our siding after we had a great (we thought) assessor who understood the project, promised the price was the highest, and any changes we made would only reduce the price, promised their teams had high cleanup standards, and their timelines were conservative to be safe. They pushed the project back to October, charged more when we changed the paint color despite promising otherwise, had no urgency and since it was now fall our basement flooded because of the month without gutters, their cleanup was casual at best, their attitude was we were crazy for expecting them to meet commitments, and as of right now, we still do not even have the final checklist for the siding completed, two months after they started work. We are looking for different painters currently as we do not expect they will ever finish.

Pacific Exteriors did a great job replacing my windows and siding. Work quality was excellent.

Job starts next month. The preliminary planning and phone availability has been excellent so far.

Awesome contractor!

Replaced 1990s home exterior with James Hardie siding and new gutters. Price seemed fair, wasn't the cheapest bid I recieved but was on the lower side of what I did get and close enough that I selected them based on a stellar reputation. Had a small issue with them accidentally breaking my hose bib off during demo resulting in a broken pipe but luckily we got the water shut off quick and they had someone out to fix it within an hour at their expense. Pavel was the project manager and did a great job keeping in contact and making sure we were satisfied with the final product.

My project was very small which turned off almost all the other contractors, but Mr. Gemplar from Pacific Home Exteriors stopped by anyway and had a look. He returned after about a week and in just a short amount of time had my small repair complete. I really enjoyed chatting with him about other small projects around my house, and eventually we talked about a couple of others projects that he would be willing to take care of for a very reasonable price. I am very grateful for the work and look forward to future projects with Mr. Gemplar and Pacific Home Exteriors!

Finished the job quickly and at a high quality

The work done on the siding was acceptable, however the calking work left residue all over several bathrooms that was difficult to clear up and the calking was not even and bubbled in several areas.

Quote was competitively priced (low side tbh) but the quality was outstanding and Artur was super responsive with any questions I had. Was super helpful in helping me decide on the many variables in question. Loved the experience and would hire him again in a minute. FAST, DEPENDABLE, EXPERIENCED and the finished product was GREAT.

Did what I expected and left a clean site after. Communications a bit spotty at times

Do not hire this company. They are all promises and no follow-through. I hired them in July 2020 to reside in my 1-story, 1000 sq ft house. The sales guy was super nice, made the design consultation sound like a dream, and said that once the crew started the job they would not go to another site until my house was finished. They told me the job would begin the last week of August and take 2-3 weeks. No one showed up in August, I had to send multiple emails to get any response at all. The day the crew showed up to begin work (a week late), they decided not to begin because the PM had not scheduled the delivery of the dumpster and toilet (these were delivered just hours after the crew left that day). The crew that showed up to work for the next few days was just 2 guys, so the teardown took over a week, and then several days there was just one worker, so the install was also going very slowly. Then, work had to stop because not enough materials were delivered. On top of that, the design consultant reported the wrong color for our trim - most of which was already installed. Between the waiting for materials and the speed of the labor, the 2-3 week job was now in progress for 6 weeks. That is the last anyone has worked on the project. There is still some install/finishing work to be done, they have not painted yet, I have not heard from the PM in over a week, and November begins in 2 days. Delay, nonresponsive customer service, and all for the low price of $30k... Not much positive to say here other than I think that the house will look good when the work is finally done which may or may not be by the end of 2021.

Overall we are happy with how the worked turned out. The bid was submitted promptly, pricing was clear and our questions were answered quickly. The work on site ws solid and the crews cleaned up their work reasonably well. Communication about scheduling , however, was not as complete.
