PACIFIC CUSTOM CABINETS

"This review is false. I cannot find any record of contact with this person in 2012. Pacific Custom Cabinets does not sell anything made of cardboard; finished end panels to framed cabinets are 1/4" real wood veneers (this is an industry standard). All of our cabinets are under a manufacturers warranty, hardware is covered by a lifetime warranty and will be fixed or replaced if broken or malfunctioning. We have received no legal action against us, ever. The only contact we've had with lawyers has been in regards to collections activity, which fortunately we have only had to do twice in the 9 years we've been in business. Lead times are provided by the manufacturer and are not decided by PCC. We stand behind our work and only represent quality cabinet lines. All of our cabinets lines are covered by a warranty, made in the United States, and maintain a good reputation in the industry. This person is being contacted and asked to remove her comment. If there is ever a problem please contact us directly and we will do everything within our power to resolve that issue. We care about our customers."

"The member's statement is false. She submitted a color match & was told upfront there is no estimated lead time on this process due to a queue. According to the factory the sample was received 10/30. A sample door was shipped 11/21. She approved the sample door 12/3 & made a down payment 12/5. She was angry because of the wait for the color match, so she was not charged. She was told that the new cabinets would not be exactly the same as the old cabinets. She ordered stock cabinets, was given a specs book & confirmation; both list dimensions of the cabinets; it shipped 1/4. About 2 weeks later she said the color was wrong. I went to her home & saw that the cabinet matched the approved sample but not the older cabinet. The cabinet was out of alignment due to the slope of her floor & her existing cabinets' nonstandard toe kicks. In goodwill we ordered a custom cabinet to the exact specs of her existing cabinet, minus the toe kick which would have to be built on site due to the floor. This was verified on site and also by phone with the member. That order was entered 1/23 & shipped 1/29. All cabinets are covered by warranty. The factory has asked it be verified. She has not returned the calls of factory field service, trying to service the warranty since 2/4. She told her credit card company that the cabinets had not been received and reversed the charges. She said she wanted to cancel her order after having had the cabinets for almost one month."
