I am amazed and thrilled that from the time I looked on Angies List... to complete satisfaction was about 6 hours! Mark Smith answered my email with his phone number. I had sent a picture attached to my email and explained the problem. He had a couple of questions then came within a couple of hours. He started working on the garage door opener to find out what was needed (for an estimate) and I was able to see and understand what he was doing... then one part that had come off and caused the whole problem had to be replaced. Mark left and came back an hour later... and put it all back together again! Works beautifully and he was very professional, pleasant, thorough and I would not hesitate to recommend him. I just hope he sends me a bill because I was on the phone when he finished up (and cleaned up by the way)... without leaving an invoice. I have a feeling he isn't going to charge me!

IT WAS VERY GOOD. I HAVE KNOWN THE OWNERS FOR SOME YEARS. THE GUY THAT PUT MY DOOR IN, TEN DAYS AGO, WAS VERY NEAT AND CLEAN. HE DID NOT LEAVE A MESS OR ANYTHING AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
