I can't recommend Carmen highly enough. She is just such a positive presence, very gentle and kind yet getting the job done so efficiently.

Carmen has great organizational skills, but I believe what I love best about working with her is that she is very calming. It's embarrassing to invite someone into your home to help you organize old papers that probably should have been thrown away years ago. Not once have I felt any sense of judgment from her or questioning as to why I would want to do something a certain way. I think the fact that she was a former child therapist taught her how to work well with everyone! She has great ideas for how to accomplish jobs and seems to have endless energy! I hired another professional assistant/organizer once before and it was not a pleasant experience. Carmen is also fine with either doing it all on her own, having you in the room talking with her as she works, or having you dig in with her and help her by telling her what you want to keep and what you want to throw. She's great at motivating me. I've been working with her for awhile now, and received her name from another professional who didn't have the time to get the things done around her home that needed to be done. My friend highly recommended her and I'm thankful that she did.

Working with Carmen has been life-transforming. I used to just feel anxious as soon as I walked into the house because it was such a mess. She's helped us find a way to organize that meets everyone's needs (and we have people with very different organizing styles in the house). I cannot recommend her enough!!!
