We are the largest local family owned and operated Property Management Company in the Seattle Design District. We’ve been leasing a variety of commercial office, retail and warehouse space in the Georgetown neighborhood for over 17 years. Conveniently located a mere 3 miles south of the Downtown Seattle core, just off I-5 and State Route 509. Orcas Business Park occupies two city blocks holding 7 buildings and hosting approximately 150,000 square feet of leasable space.
