When the "plumber" arrived he called and said there would be an additional charge because the $99 was only if the drain had a trap, and since my kitchen drain didn't he'd have to undo the sink drain, which would be extra. I was furious but told him to go ahead. I had a copy of the receipt mailed to me. Three weeks later the tenants call and say the drain is leaking, and had been leaking since the "plumber" left. I called again to have them go out and fix this issue. I was called back and told the "plumber" told me there was a problem with the p-trap. I told them I was not informed there was a p-trap issue, that in fact the p-trap was brand new as I had installed a new sink myself before the renters moved in and the p-trap was only two months old. The caller then started giving me the old 'Well do you want us to come over and look at it' routine. I told him I already paid $200 for what was only supposed to cost $99. I went out an looked at their website again and their page still states any drain unclogged for $99, with no exclusions.
Description of Work: I needed someone to unclog a kitchen drain in my rental house. I searched the web and found a this company advertising $99 to unclog any drain. There were no indications that special fees were involved. I called to make an appointment and asked about the $99 charge to unclog a drain and it was confirmed.
