OLD REPUBLIC NATIONAL TITLE CO

Old Republic made errors in prorating expenses in favor of the buyer of our house. It has taken several months for us (the sellers) to get a proper allocation of seller/buyer expenses. It has been a very laborious endeaver. Old Republic will fix only one mistake at a time even though there were several and they are very slow in everything they do. It seems that there is no real accountability in the office which affects continuity and customer service. People who were and quot;on the caseand quot; become absent without completing work on our problem or effectively passing off to someone else. Although I am not familiar with the level of service to be expected from title companies I felt that the service from Old Republic was probably below standard.

It was the second time I've used them. It went wonderfully, I'd highly recommend them. They made it very easy and I was in and out within an hour.
