ODS was great! Everything flowed smoothly from pick up to drop off. They even picked up for a last minute change I had with only 1 day turn around. (a miracle really)
Everything arrived in good shape and I like their system where the customer loads. They screen and lock it after you load it, so you can see that no one has been able to access your "stuff" except you. (Which also means you have to load carefully... but if you think it through so you know what's in your boxes, all is well) I had two people help me load, so I was able to get the truck loaded quickly which also saved me time and money.
Their employees were good too. The driver pick up in Seattle was good enough, but the driver for the drop off in Las Vegas was over the top excellent!
I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
