Todd did a great job on the redirecting of our kitchen drains.  He was very efficient, professional, and his fee was reasonable.  I would very highly recommend Todd O'Brien for any plumbing needs.

I have been using Todd for all of my plumbing needs for many years (Indeed, I used his father before him). One of the things I really appreciate is that Todd understands plumbing in old houses. He has saved me thousands over the years. When other plumbers wanted to bring a new supply line from the street, Todd discovered it was a and quot;localand quot; problem in the faucet. But that was a repair from years ago.
As always, the job went great. I ordered a new kitchen faucet and Todd installed it for me. He also fixed the drain in the bathroom sink that a housesitter had inadvertently disassembled. He's always on time, fast and efficient and cleans up after himself. What more can you ask?

Excellent work! Todd is professional, competent, and pleasant. One of those people you don't mind having in your house! He will be doing more work for us soon.

Overall experience: excellent. He responded to our voice mail in a timely fashion, and came when he said he would. We used Todd several years ago at our previous home. We were in a pinch when we called him this time. We put in calls to several plumbing companies as I was in need of service within a few hours. We were fortunate that we still had his card and remembered how impressed we were with his work. This summer we encountered an unknown small pool of water under the house, and we had several people working to insulate the floors in the crawlspace and the water was impeding their work (turned out to be a plugged overflow from furnace air conditioner on hottest day of the year.) We were afraid it was from the bath or toilet. Scott responded quickly, although we had determined the problem to be HVAC related. So, we used him for a number of other issues that we had itemized the need for plumbing service. I had meant to praise his work here long before now. The reference delay is due to my procrastination, but we have been impressed with Todd's skills and service and would recommend him.

Called Tim to find source of leak causing blistering on ceiling of downstairs shower. He cut holes in cieing to see nature of leak. found it to be coming from above upper floor We decided to go no further at that time.

He did the work at a reasonable price and he did wonderful job.

They did a good job. They sent out two plumbers instead of one. So, it ended up costing a lot more than I thought. I would recommend them. However, please do make sure what the work would cost. I think they should send out only one plumber at a time. The plumbers were good. They had to come out twice to fix something, though. I will use them again in the future.

He is easy to work with and very competent. He is helpful and available. He is honest and has reasonable prices.

I was in a pinch to have my drain plumbing reworked before an inspection and I called them. They came out the same day and started the work. They did an excellent job. They were very fast and clean. They were very professional and pretty affordable. They were very good and I would use them in the future.

HE WAS GREAT. THEY WERE EXCELLENT. HE WAS VERY FAIR WITH HIS PRICE AND REASONABLE IN EXPLAINING WHEN HE WAS GOING TO BE LATE AND WHAT WAS GOING ON. HE WAS GREAT WITH WORKING AROUND OUR SCHEDULES, AND WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE THEN. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF.

THE PLUMBER SEEMED MOTIVATED TO DO THE LEAST EXPENSIVE, BEST SOLUTION ON OUR BEHALF. HE WAS HERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE. HE DID NOT WASTE ANY TIME.
