Hello! I have 15 years experience specializing in helping clients identify their style, what they love, and executing to that vision. I love working collaboratively. I have an elegant aesthetic that works for most interiors including farmhouse, modern, traditional, transitional, craftsman, coastal, industrial modern, and boho chic. In addition to residential spaces I have designed offices for large companies, We Work spaces, and home offices. I have extensive experience buying from retail stores and know the pros and cons of their products. I can also work with custom furniture and upholstery. I love color and with extensive experience choosing paint, can create whatever feeling you need for your interior or exterior. From neutral to bright and cheerful and everything in between. Our buyer saw the home in the first open house, which took place 1 day after the listing. He returned twice more, once mid-week and again during the 2d open house---then he made an offer the following day. After one counter we sealed the deal. (After the house went under contract we received an offer from another protective buyer). We thus had two offers within nine days.
At closing we asked the buyer if there was one particular feature or impression which caused him to make an offer on the house. He replied, when I first walked in I said "Wow! What a beautiful job!" We credit Heidi with that great first impression. Thank you Heidi!
