We are having our house painted but there is an attached shed that was leaking so we had David come out to give us an estimate on tearing it down before we painted. While he said he could tear it down, he advised us that the shed was actually still in really good shape and it would cost less to repair it than to tear it down. We decided to go with his recommendation and we are so glad we did! He quicly found the source of the leak, repaired that issue and then replaced the one wall that had some rot at the bottom - all within a week so we would not have to delay our painters!
In addition, David helped us to make more cost effective choices for having some flooring replaced. He could have done the work and gotten paid for the labor but he explained that it would save us money to go another route and we would be just as happy with the results. This was amazing!
