Marco was on-time, and very professional. He explained what areas he'd need access to, took a tour of the house with us, and then set about the audit process. He took photos and used a thermal imaging camera during portions of the audit. A few days later we were presented with an incredibly thorough audit report that we have used to come up with a plan for replacing our heaters and hot water heaters. We were very impressed with the entire experience, and are glad to have a comprehensive document that we can refer to when making decisions related to energy at our house.
