A poorly installed roof vent leaked, causing damage to a ceiling. I called a number of roofers, but most would not deal with so small an issue. Northwest did, and replaced both vents right away. They were swift, thorough, and explained everything they were going to do, then showed me what they did. The price was exactly what they quoted.

It was a very clean job. There was no mess at all. The crew had worked together for many years. It was very nice. I spoke with the owner, who said that he maintains a certain level of client?le so he can keep the employees on the job at all times. I felt like he made a good choice in the way he ran his business.

I originally took estimates from several companies for the job. Northwest Roofing brought relief to what was turning out to be a very frustrating experience. Their price was a big a relief (as it was 1/2 the cost of estimates that I had received form other companies. Greg Mork came out with 2 other workers to do the job. He was very responsive and seemed very comfortable with the work. These guys knew what they were doing! Greg even gave me tips on how to properly care for my roof. In the end, the roof looked very good. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD WITH THE DEBRI FROM THE OLD ROOF AND GETTING ALL OLD MATERIAL OUT OF THE YARD THOROUGHLY. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT WITH PUTTING ON THE NEW ROOF. THEIR BID WAS RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE 5 BIDS WE RECEIVED TOTAL. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB ON TIME.
