We'd used them before and were pleased with the service then. For this service visit I had difficulty in getting responses to my emails and phone calls. I attributed some of that to the guys being busy, in the middle of summer yard maintenance season. I had asked for notification of when they would be out so I could alert the residents about the trucks affecting access. NWLG gave me 2 dates when they could fit us in on their schedule, which was fine. They ended up coming out a day ahead of the second date, which was ok, but I got no notification, as requested. So a bit messy on the scheduling end of things. The work itself was great. They did exactly what we asked (grounds clean up, bark dust application) and were efficient in their work. Very pleased with the work itself.

I highly recommend this company. They came twice a month for us and mowed, edged our lawn and kept flower beds free of weeds. They also pruned bushes and kept the yard in tip top shape.

Excellent work. I have small yard with no lawn, many native plants which have been allowed to out grow their spaces, and which were competing with each other for a small amount of sunshine. The crew did careful pruning so that even the oldest, ugliest bush had a chance to bounce back. I have 6 Rhodies squeezed into a small plot in the front of my house and they had grown to over 10 feet tall. They are now about 3.5 feet tall, the front of the house looks more inviting and the plants are doing fine. No plant was destroyed by ignorant pruning.
