Northwest Design & Build

I simply contacted NW Design through their website inquiring about a bid. They contacted me right away. We aren't able to get our built-ins quite yet so we haven't moved forward with them, but will.

Stephen came and asked a lot of questions about the job while giving helpful suggestions on how we could realize our dream kitchen. His estimate was provided within 2 to 3 days and was very detailed about the work required. He started on the day promised and was at the house with his team every day. The job went like clockwork and he would call and give periodic updates so we would understand what was happening. Each night when they left, they cleaned up and left their tools in an orderly fashion. Amazingly, my house never got that dirty because of the precautions they took to block that part of the house off from the rest. We did run into a couple of snags once the job got underway because of what they found when the wall was removed. This was not unexpected however because when doing his quote he noted that it may be a problem once they saw what was actually in the wall. Stephen revised our contract based on the findings and got our agreement before proceeding with the work. A true professional! We could not have asked for better workmanship or service! We are currently waiting on our granite so Stephen can finish up. So far everything is beautiful and exceeds my expectations.
