Siding Service
The night lock popped open while my slider window was open. Therefore, the window was stuck open. I made quite a few calls to get someone to help me with this problem. Most suggested I do it myself, which I couldn't since it's very heavy. I had a salesman from another company stop by and tried to fix it, but then we discovered the frame was slightly off and lifting the window out of the
frame was a lot more work then we originally thought.
I made numerous calls before finding Bob Holmgren through another company! He was recommeded as someone they knew who could take the window out of the frame.
They were correct, Bob patiently worked several tools to gently lift one side and eventually elevate the other side so that
the window could be removed from the bowed frame. The actual fix didn't take much time, the figuring out how to do the job
was what impressed me about Bob. Now I can close my window and feel safe again.
