The quote they provided us was 110 hours (without the extra website work we asked of them, which totaled 50 hours (way too high). Without that additional website design amount, NWCS still extensively exceeded the amount of hours. We believe that James did not take our project seriously. We have found a company that will perform the services to our expectations for $50 an hour versus $100 an hour we were paying NWCS. I would hire them for computer repairs but highly question anything beyond that.

DENNIS, THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN, WAS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. HE ORDERED THE MODEM AND, WHEN I MENTIONED THAT THE KEYBOARD WAS STICKY, REPLACED THE KEYBOARD. HE TELEPHONED TO TELL ME WHEN THE PARTS ARRIVED SO THAT I COULD HOLD ONTO MY COMPUTER, ONLY DROPPING IT IN ON THE MORNING THAT IT WAS TO BE REPAIRED. THIS WAS EXTENDED WARRANTY SERVICE, SO NO CHARGES.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY GAVE ME DETAILED REPORTS ON PAPER ABOUT WHAT THEY DID. THEY ALSO CLEANED MY SON'S LAPTOP AND UPGRADED THE SOFTWARE. THEY ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE ALSO VERY FAST AND CONTACTED US BY PHONE AND EMAIL WHEN THE LAPTOP WAS READY.
