Excellent. The staff was professional and helpful as we made choices. They answered all questions and we are very happy with the result.

The people at NW Art & Frame were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient when I asked for help framing a painting. There was plenty of work space to lay out my painting and frame. They helped me choose a beautiful framed for my painting and walked me through the process of framing it myself every step of the way. They didn't rush me and spent time showing me proper techniques. There's no charge for the use of their framing tools or materials if you do it yourself and buy the frame there. I enjoyed doing it myself and they were great to work with.
