Tina was very professional. She showed up on time and spent a lot of time inspecting the trees, taking samples and testing the samples. She wrote us a 10 page report saying that the trees had reached the end of their lifespan and needed to be taken down. She also consulted with an abrorist at U of W to make sure her findings were accurate. She prepared a report that we then showed to our neighbor and our home owner's insurance.
