Dr Amy Ward saw my dog and suddenly everything needed attention. Teeth cleaned, teeth pulled, my dogs knee popped out of joint, lab tests to check kidney function. I felt pressured to proceed with all of her recommended tests…Did not like the this one bit. I will continue to see other vets at this clinic because I’ve been happy with their care for many years

Straight A's, quality, pricing, everything you can imagine. We've had pets for 42 years and that's all we've ever used. In fact when I was in grade school and high school, my family had pets, and that's where we went. It's the best.

All my animals have been going to this animal clinic since 1970. I moved away for a few years and took my animals to other clinics but could not find the personal and professional treatment and care that they receive from the NE Vet. Clinic. The Staff and Drs. are the best. We are here today for my dogs medical certificate for flying. Thank you NE Vets Clinic.

I like this vet. They are very prompt and it don't have to wait that long. They really care about the animal and do a good evaluation of the situation. They also keep the price to a minimum.

Our animals are seen by Dr. Reeves who is both kind and gentle. He doesn't push for unnecessary tests, vaccinations or medications. While I've never had a dog (including the ones we have now) that likes to go to the vet; however, Dr. Reeves and the entire staff do everything they can to make the experience as pleasant for the dogs as possible. The The veterinary technicians are excellent and do a fantastic job trimming nails, expressing anal glands and assisting Dr. Reeves. Some other great attributes of this clinic are the hours they're open including Saturdays. In addition, they do whatever they can to accommodate urgent or emergent situation.

They are fabulous.  They are very reasonable.  There are quite a few vets there so its easy to get an appointment.  They are open on Sundays.  They are all very nice.  We don't have to wait long.  Its all very painless for me.

Northeast Veterinary Hospital took care of my Black Lab Sophie for her entire life. She was completely healthy up until her last year and the services were routine and ably performed--these people like animals and it shows in their care. The last year was difficult and again they performed ably to keep Sophie as well as they could.

I think they are wonderful and hope they last a long time. They are good at taking care of my cat. They are good at diagnosis, good at treatment and good at handling her. I have been taking my cat there for 15 years and they are great.

The vets are up to date, very easy to work with, and very compassionate. Their rates are certainly reasonable and in fact have even given me an occasional discount when I've bought in stray or feral cats needing attention.

There is no doubt that Seattle is a high-cost city for most things, including veterinary care; but Northeast Vet walks a great line between excellent service and cost control.  There is nothing fancy, but everything you need unless you really need to see a specialist.  The waiting room, examination room, and back room are all immaculate--no bells and whistles but clean and well kept.  The front desk can get very busy at times, so you may have to be on hold, but the staff are all very capable and personable.
Drs. Reeves and Price have recently sold the practice, although they are both still there each week on reduced schedules.  I hopethe new, and younger, owners will be able to maintain the practices and costs of the past.

My cat of 15 years was losing weight and I took her to NE Vet Hosp (Dr. Dan Fisher).  He checked her thoroughly and did blood work.  The diagnosis was high thyroid which is easily treated with thyroid pills.  I was impressed with Dr. Fisher; he kept his cool even though my cat snipped at him (she doesn't like going to the vet's).    Price is usually $52 for a check up but first visit included $142 worth of blood/lab work to diagnose her problem.  My cat may not like going to the vet but she sure is doing a lot better with the thyroid medicine--gaining weight and less hyper.

I went to another place with my cat and had them give me an estimate of what they wanted.  They wanted between $2200 and $2500 but when I took my cat to Northeast it was less than a $1000.  There was a huge difference.  I got just as good care here from what I would have got at the other vet.  I saved almost $1500 from the other place.  I was recommended to them by a friend of mine.  They were fair and very helpful.  They were just really nice people.  They were very professional and very friendly.  It was a major deal.  Their prices were fair.  I would definitely recommend them.  They have become my cats vet now.

Our family loves animals and we enjoy sharing our home with them. As a parent, I have a responsibility to teach my children the meaning of bringing a new four-legged friend home to become part of the family. From the beginning the staff at NE have been great.

The vet's were just great! We had to have surgery, which went very well. They kept us informed every step of the way.

I called Northeast Veterinary Hospital for assistance in possibly putting down an elderly cat. I had taken my cat there year's before and she had received good care. I was told that I'd have to make an appointment to bring in my cat before receiving any information about how this difficult process might work. Given that the cat had been with us for over two decades, I stopped by their offices to see if I could speak to a Vet so that I could be prepared and knowledgeable before bringing my cat in the door to possibly be put down. I told the front desk staff member that I'd be willing to pay to speak to the vet for a few moments of time. She went back to the Vet and came back a few moments later. She was apologetic and told me again that I'd have to make an appointment to bring my pet in. Because of their indifference, I chose to go to another veterinary clinic that was much more empathetic and helpful.

They were quick, efficient, and there was no nonsense. They didn't give us an inflated diagnosis. You can go in for a nail trim for $10. The price seems very reasonable and the quality is very good. The staff seemed to have a high morale.

Appointment was at 6:15 PM. The vet saw us on time and spent about 20 minutes on my cat's checkup.
