Avoid North Pacific Properties and Eric Sadlak at all costs. We worked with Eric Sadlak for one year. The experience was a nightmare. Eric was interested in minimizing his work at the cost of our property and our tenant's suffering. One example is that it took Eric MULTIPLE days to respond to a water leak our tenant reported, by which time she had already had to hire a plumber and resolve the issue herself. With all of our heart, we suggest you find a different property manager.

Description of Work: If you own a property in Seattle, find Ashley Johnson; she is a very hard-working property manager who has great attention to detail. She will step in and buy items for my place at Home Depot to save me money to have a contractor to do so.
