"Member, I always strive to supply more than what is required for the basic "wood destroying organism report" or even when completing a full home inspection. Some safety issues - completely out of the anticipated work scope - is required by the state and as an inspector. Gas appliances/flues, condensation drain lines are inspected and the condition of hardwood floors can tell me if a problem has existed in the crawl space and if this was a long term problem. My aim was & is to supply a product that exceeds minimum requirements and to supply any information that I have that will make maintenance easier and to help prevent potential conditions that could cause decay or infestations. I do not sell other services, but do bring to the inspection site my extensive experience in residential construction & inspections of over 24 years to answer any questions you may have and to insure the structural integrity of the home you have purchased."
