the Service was great; time to wait for the food was reasonable especially because it borderlined gourmet. The presentation of the food was gorgeous! so was our server (male). Seems as if everyone who works in their cafe is good looking, by the way... seems to make the food taste better! hahaha. Just kidding. but seriously. the service was awesome, food great. I would go here on a date and be super happy... especially because it's inside my favorite department store!

I would like to give them some extra commendation because when the first bed was delivered, it had some grease marks on it from the delivery company. I called Nordstrom back to let them know that I was unhappy about it and they refunded my delivery price as well as ordering me a brand new bed. So I actually got a discount for the delivery price as well as getting a new bed although I have to wait before it will be made and delivered but they were very helpful in accommodating.

ALWAYS GOOD QUALITY WORK DONE BY NORDSTROMS ALTERATIONS. USUALLY IT'S ABOUT 4-5 WORKING DAYS TO GET YOUR CLOTHES ALTERED. THEY ARE ALWAYS HAPPY TO HAVE IT READY FOR YOU SOONER IF YOU ARE IN A PANIC, WHICH I AM MOST OF THE TIME. THEY BACK THEIR PRODUCTS AND THEIR WORK. MY PANTS FIT PERFECTLY!
