I would not hire Ned Stevens again. After completing only half the job, the workers were about to depart. I asked them why they cleaned only the gutters on our house but not garage. They said they were instructed not to work on the garage gutters (definitely not what I discussed with the home office and paid for in advance). They departed. It took two calls before I could get the home office to send the crew to finish the job. In addition, the crew got mud all over our decks (which they easily could have washed down with their hose), left our gates open twice (letting our dog escape), and left bags with leaves (plastic, so compost folks wouldn't pick up). Frustrating.
