We needed three projects done before having our 1912 bungalow inspected. I felt comfortable with the fact the Nathan has worked in Seattle for decades and is licensed and bonded. His price was reasonable and and he was both conscientious and reliable. He finished the work in a timely manner and our inspector said his attention to detail was impressive. He has an arts background and is capable of historical preservation in achitecture as well as straight forward foundation work. He told us he usually works alone, I liked the fact tha our home was not overrun by strangers during these projects. We highly recommend this contractor.
