Mustang Transportation

Overall the experience wasn't too bad.  The pick up was suppose to take place between 3 and 5 p.m. but was pushed out to 7 p.m.  Mustang Transport was going to pick up the vehicle at a residence but, wanted an address where pickup was easier e.g. large lighted lot.  I provided an address to a local large mostly empty lighted parking lot and met the driver there at 7 p.m..  The driver was hard to understand and spoke broken English (he was Japanese).  An inspection was completed on the vehicle and I was advise that his insurance would not cover items placed in the vehicle (42 in TV).  No more than 100 lbs. of excess material can be placed in the vehicle and windows cannot be covered.  I'm sure there is a DOT truck weight restriction at trucking scales hence the restriction.

The vehicle was transport was completed on the fifth day, not too bad considering weather in Idaho, Utah, and Colorado in late November.  The vehicle required cleaning and tire re-inflation after bouncing around on the truck for five days.  No damage was discernible on the vehicle.  Tracking the location of our vehicle was not available, so if this is an issue for you do not hire this transport service.
