They are always super-prompt and got the work done within a week or less. They estimated and were there within a week. They worked on the weekend too, which was nice. We have used them for years and highly recommend them. From a price perspective they are a little bit pricier than other people, but they always do such a nice job. He placed all the mulch around the plants by hand, not with a shovel. They are super and we really love them. We have used them for, probably, 10 years. Mr. Ho always does the work at our house but I know they have other staff. He is really nice. His son, Andy, actually comes with him and does the estimates because Mr. Ho does not speak English very well. Some of his other workers stopped by when he was working and everybody was super nice. I think they charge a fair price for how good of a job they do.
