Computer Repair
We have two computers backed up with mozy.com. One crashed and I wanted to know how we get information from my husband's old computer onto the new one without merging all of the information on my laptop to his new desktop as well. I called support and they refused to answer my question, directing to go to online support. I called the sales number as well, and they too refused to take a a moment to answer my question. They would not transfer me to anyone else.
