Our License # is MOUNTTB918L4. In the Construction Industry it is hard to specialize and be licensed in all fields so we utilize subcontractors where necessary. For example, we would utilize plumbing and electrical contractors, due to their speciality licenses. All of our subcontractors have been prescreened by us and have gone thru a screening process.

We recommend Mountain Top Builders very highly, and consider MTB our first choice for future remodeling projects.
Everything went great from start to finish. During the initial visit Scott was very professional and offered a lot of input and detail on how to best perform the job. He clearly sounded like he knew what he was doing, which is one of the main reason I went with his company since I did not want to leave this type of delicate structural work to just anyone, even though his wasn't the cheapest bid I got. He was also open to me doing part of the prep work to save on some of the costs. In terms of scheduling Scott was very flexible with the timeline and touched base with my multiple times as the start date approached (it helped a lot that I gave him many months of advance notice, but had to shift the date a couple of times as I was getting the joist area clear of obstructions) .
On the day of the job, the 2 man crew came in early morning and started work right away. They were very clean and professional and were happy to answer any questions I had. They literally banged the job and in just a few hours had the joist tripled up and the cement pads for the new posts poured. They came back after a couple of days to set the new posts and take out the old one. They left the site clean and proper. I'm very happy with the job they did!
Our initial wants was out of our budget, so Scott and Craig had us prioritize what we wanted, and how mych we wanted to spend overall. That helped to set the scope, and then Craig worked with us on design. Layouts, finishes, colors and accessories were decided, then we all met and refined the plans to a final design.
After that, Scott and Craig worked away, with no major interruptions. They answered questions and calls promptly, provided us with daily status, and let us know what was coming in the bnext few days.
Great to work with htem, and will do so again in the future.
